Loyalty, Diligence, and Steadiness
Loyalty -- The staff of the company must work together to provide products and services for the society and bring profits to the company. Their love for work and loyalty to the company are essential for the company to survive and develop.
- Loyal to the company: every employee, who shares the same goal as the company, is the owner of the company. His or her interests are closely related to those of the company.
- Loyal to work: love and respect work, work in good faith, ready to meet challenges.
- Loyal to customers: pursuant to the principle ˇ°Service first and customer firstˇ±, serve every customer with sincerity, patience and a sense of responsibility.
- Loyal to partners: foster teamwork spirit and achieve success with an invincible team of elites.
Diligence -- Mastery of work comes from diligent practice. Diligence, a symbol of wisdom, is seen as an avenue towards success. In the IT trade, only by working hard can we keep abreast of the times.
- Study diligently: keep learning from actual work to push the company ahead.
- Work diligently: have a spirit of contribution, giving no thought to personal gains and losses.
- Communicate diligently: try to communicate with superiors, colleagues and subordinates as much as possible in order to improve our performance at work and enhance managerial ability.
- Innovate diligently: make continuous innovations to transcend ourselves, not simply aiming at completion of tasks.
Steadiness -- Steadiness is of great significance to growth of the company as well as the employee himself. Steadiness means taking our work seriously and is the basis of credit.
- Take every task seriously, big or trivial.
- Work hard to meet all challenges, no matter how tough they are.
